IMPORTANT NOTES
- Students must turn the appropriate age by 15 September of the academic year in order to enter/advance to the next grade level.
- Failure to pay tuition fees on time may result in suspension and/or loss of tuition scholarship.
Semester Payment Option
VVA operates on a 2 Semester System using the International School Academic Calendar Year. The 1st Semester runs late August through mid-December. The 2nd Semester runs January through May. Families may pay for the entire annual tuition or per semester.
The 1st Semester Payment is due in full on 12 August. The 2nd Semester Payment is due in full 03 January.

Application Process
- Fill out and submit the VVA Application Form, Pay Application Fee (25,000 RWF) and submit supporting documents.
- VVA Administration will contact you for a parent/student interview and grade level assessment.
- VVA Administration will notify families of application acceptance status. Accepted applicants will then receive an invoice.
