VVA Fees (for each student):
- Application Fee – 17,000 RWF (Non-refundable and submitted with student’s application).
VVA Tuition (for each student):
- Nursery School (Age 2+): 600,000 RWF per Academic School Year
- Preschool 1-2 (Ages 3-4): 800,000 RWF per Academic School Year
- Kindergarten (Age 5): 1,200,000 RWF per Academic School Year
- Elementary School (Grades 1-6): 1,800,000 RWF per Academic School Year
- Middle School (Grades 7-8): 2,500,000 RWF per Academic School Year
- High School (Grades 9-12): 3,600,000 RWF per Academic School Year
Important Notes:
- Students must turn the appropriate age by 15 September of the academic year in order to enter/advance to the next grade level.
- 1 Academic Year includes two semesters. 1st Semester begins in August and ends in December. 2nd Semester begins in January and ends in May.
Semester Payment Option
VVA will operate on a Two Semester System using the International School Academic Calendar Year. The 1st Semester runs mid-August through mid-December. The 2nd Semester runs January through mid-June. Families can pay for the entire year or one semester at a time.
If families choose to pay one semester at a time, 50% of total fees are due the first day of the 1st Semester. The second 50% of total fees are due the first day of the 2nd Semester.
