Preschool is off to a great start! We have nine (sometimes ten) wonderful students in our class, with a total of four different languages spoken. I am pleased with how quickly all of the children are learning the routine of our daily schedule, learning to interact with other students and picking up on English.
Our preschoolers have already learned so much as they follow along with songs, listen to stories, play in centers, participate in lessons and activities, and practice repeating new words in English each day. They also enjoy our daily outside time when they spend time playing with their friends and engaging in several different activities followed by an interactive ESL activity.
I am so proud of how quickly our students are catching on, and how excited they are to learn. I can’t wait to see how all of these students progress as they grow and learn throughout the year!
